Language Education
Sorocaba City Hall has a strong initiative for youth development. It has several programs in different issues such as education, culture, sports, environmental, health and others.
One of these projects is the Território Jovem (“Young Territories”) that consists in community centers that offers to the people from the community different activities such as Graffiti, Hip-Hop, Skate, Football, Photography, Martial Arts classes etc.
AIESEC in Sorocaba has a partnership with the city hall in wich exchange participants from all over the world give English classes!
So we expect youg people to work developing entrepreneurial and open-mind characteristics on the involved public and inspire them bringing a new world to their realities.
The main activities will be giving english lessons, but also organizing a Global Village, and always being creative, proactive and ready to adapt yourself to different types of situations, working conditions and environment!

Youth Development & Recreation
Gira Mundo is part of the National Program "Cidadão Global Terceiro Setor", it is a project that makes possible for ngo's to bring global issues to their kids.
The purpose of this project is to inspire and live the cultural diversity by interacting with children (mainly 8 to 14 years old from low income communities) through activities, games, sports, learning activities, arts, etc.
The interns will work at the ngo's in pairs, for 6 weeks, following the main themes that we want to spread to the kids: Entrepreneurship, Human Rights, Susteinability, Drugs, and Cultural Diversity!
Also, the interns could organize Global Village to engage the community, make reports and videos about the experince and inspire other young people to be the change!
We are looking for pro-active, good relating and resilient young people to come and work with us!
